Every muscle group is targeted during this full body strength workout. Interval timing is the format used with the work periods and rest periods varying week to week. All fitness levels welcome!

The perfect combo to get your body moving. Our abs and glutes are the powerhouses of our bodies, get them pumped up in a short (but effective) 45-minute class. Feel the burn!
No gloves or additional equipment is required. This one-hour class is a mix of total body strength and cardio using kickboxing techniques.
