STAY ON TRACK THIS SUMMER! An 8-week program that consists of two small group training sessions per week accompanied by daily homework videos online and nutritional guidance. A sense of comradery is a huge benefit in this program and helps to keep you motivated and focused. If you are looking for success in weight loss and gains in endurance and strength…..this is for you! MUST HAVE 4 participants for program to run. Cost is $240 not including tax. We can break up into payments of your choice over the course of the program for a one time service charge of $5 if this works better for some.

Program runs from 7/7-8/29. First day 7/7 we will meet at 8:00 AM.

be rewarded for working out earning points

Want a place to workout that will reward you for doing just that? Not too many places do, but we feel motivated behavior should be rewarded. Once you are a member you scan your key fob every time you come in to workout and we tally up those times you “fob in”. If you hit at least 18 times in a month you become a member of the month and can use your 18 points or more that you accumulate to “purchase” prizes. You can let your points build up as well so you can “purchase” bigger ticket items. Join today and let the points start building!
