Hitting goals is what I do best!”

“I am a nationally certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I ran cross country and track at Bowling Green State University, where I specialized in the 5k. During my time there, I received a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration. My passion for sport and exercise has extended from youth sports to high school and collegiate athletics all the way to a career in the fitness industry. I am dedicated to helping others find their own passion in health and fitness.”
