Whole Body Fitness Instructors Are Equipped To Teach Any Participant At All Fitness Levels
Danielle was drawn to the practice of yoga initially to gain strength and flexibility. Over time, she learned how to breathe through difficult poses and to let go of perfection and competition with herself. Danielle wishes to share yoga with others with the message that you do not have to be strong and flexible to practice as a yoga student. However you express yoga postures is your perfect pose in every way. Yoga is a life-long practice, and everyone is always a student!
Danielle is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 200 hour level. Danielle is also certified in faith-based yoga practice through Yoga Faith, which will be taught in church settings.
Dani has been a licensed Zumba instructor since April 2015. She is also licensed in Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba and Strong in Zumba. Her love of Zumba took her to the Zumba Instructor Convention in 2016 and she will return in 2017. In addition to Zumba, Dani ran her first half marathon in September 2015 and followed with another half marathon in May 2016 and a full marathon in September 2016. She has run numerous 5k’s and is currently working on additional fitness certifications. Along with teaching Zumba, she loves taking fitness classes that challenge her. Outside of the gym, Dani has been in education (from kindergarten through college) for almost 20 years.
