Our group fitness classes give you an opputunity to stay motivated and be surrounded by people with the same goals who can keep you accountable.
Fitness Classes are included in all memberships, and are $5 a class for non-members.

I am a nationally certified personal trainer and health coach as well as a fitness instructor. I have been in the fitness profession for the past 15 years and have a huge passion for helping others improve their health and lifestyles. I specialize in both able bodied, as well as though with special needs. If you are looking to lose weight, improve your level of fitness or simply want a better quality of life, I can help you.

Jasmine has always been surrounded by fitness. Her early years consisted of soccer, running, and sports of all kinds. As she grew up, her passion for fitness grew as she became a collegiate runner and earned her masters degree in Sports Management. She now specializes in teaching other how to run, lift weights, and she is a certified personal trainer.
Danielle was drawn to the practice of yoga initially to gain strength and flexibility. Over time, she learned how to breathe through difficult poses and to let go of perfection and competition with herself. Danielle wishes to share yoga with others with the message that you do not have to be strong and flexible to practice as a yoga student. However you express yoga postures is your perfect pose in every way. Yoga is a life-long practice, and everyone is always a student!
Dani has been a licensed Zumba instructor since April 2015. She is also licensed in Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba and Strong in Zumba. Her love of Zumba took her to the Zumba Instructor Convention in 2016 and she will return in 2017. Along with teaching Zumba, she loves taking fitness classes that challenge her. Outside of the gym, Dani has been in education (from kindergarten through college) for almost 20 years.
