Our group fitness classes give you an opportunity to stay motivated and be surrounded by people with the same goals who can keep you accountable.

Fitness Classes are included in all memberships and are $5 a class for non-members.



Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. All fitness levels welcome!


Total Body

Every muscle group is targeted during this full-body strength workout. Interval timing is the format used with the work periods and rest periods varying week to week. All fitness levels welcome!



High-intensity interval training- the perfect way to get a fast pace workout in. This 30-minute class is the perfect length to get some cardio in and target some key core muscles!



20 minutes of interval cardio with a warm-up and stretch- it’s all you need! The perfect addition to your routine to get your heart rate up, and the sweat going. 


Senior Fit

This class is geared for the older population. The class will consist of 20 minutes of aerobic exercise and 20 minutes of strength training followed by some stretching and stability work.



Zumba® is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called an exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  All fitness levels welcome!

“Come join the party!”




An hour-long class that starts with 20 minutes of step cardio that also includes endurance work. The last 40 minutes will fuse strength, flexibility, and balance for a well-rounded workout. All fitness levels welcome!



Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.



Teaches: Silver Sneakers, HIIT, Total Body, Stretch & Balance, & Tabata Bootcamp, Bosu Balance & Strength

Erika is a nationally certified personal trainer and health coach as well as a fitness instructor. She has been in the fitness profession for the past 15 years and has a huge passion for helping others improve their health and lifestyles. She specializes in both able-bodied, as well as those with special needs. If you are looking to lose weight, improve your level of fitness or simply want a better quality of life, she can help you.



Teaches: Total Body, Abs & Glutes

Kelsey has always had a passion for physical fitness and empowering others with that same passion. She has been a dedicated gym-goer for years and loves teaching people how to perfect their fitness in and out of the classroom. Her infectious energy and passion for her classes are enough to motivate anyone to give her class their all. She focuses on growing muscle and toning. 


Teaches: Intervals, Abs & Glutes

Janelle has always had a passion for health and fitness. She has been surrounded by these influences her entire life. During her classes, she focuses on building and toning muscle, while increasing endurance. Her positive energy is truly infectious and is guaranteed to help step up anyone’s fitness games. Come join Janelle for one of her classes!


Teaches: Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pound!, Step Fusion

Dani has been a licensed Zumba instructor since April 2015. She is also licensed in Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba and Strong in Zumba. Her love of Zumba took her to the Zumba Instructor Convention in 2016 and she will return in 2017. Along with teaching Zumba, she loves taking fitness classes that challenge her. Outside of the gym, Dani has been in education (from kindergarten through college) for almost 20 years.
