Abs & Glutes

Looking to firm up your rear end and lower body as well as strengthen that core? This is the class for you! A 40-minute class that will blast the areas for a quick calorie burn and strength endurance gains.






The first twenty minutes will focus on upper body strength, then we move into some cardio for the next twenty minutes, finally finishing off with abs and lower body…..everyone’s favorite, for that last twenty.

Interval Training

Interval training involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief period. This great workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Self Defense

This class is a 4-week commitment, you must pre-register ahead of time. 6-person limit per class. This class focuses on effectively performing punches, kicks and blocks as well as getting out of different holds and scenarios.

Teenagers and up accepted.







Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and
activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.




Join us for a relaxing stretch session. We will focus on all major muscles groups and focus on gaining flexibility.

Stretch & Balance

In this class the focus will be balance and stretching for flexibility as well as injury prevention. Stretches will be held for a lengthy time period of close to a minute to really stretch deep into the muscle to allow for gains to be made in flexibility.





This class is a 4-week commitment, you MUST PRE-REGISTER AHEAD. 12-person limit per session. This class will focus on the martial arts style of Taekwondo.

Ages 4-104 accepted.



Total Body

Every muscle group is targeted during this full body strength workout. Interval timing is the format used with the work periods and rest periods varying week to week.

Yoga is not just stretching! Come enjoy a mixed pace flow followed by a restorative session at the end. There will be strengthening, twists, bends, folds, holds, breath work, and Savasana. Great for all levels, and modifications will be taught so everyone can achieve THEIR pose! Yoga is for every BODY, you do not have to be flexible, strong, or skinny to enjoy the benefits of this class!

Yoga mat, block, strap, or any other props you may need, are provided for FREE. You may bring your own, if desired.

Zumba® is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
